1.When threading for the first time, first estimate the required threading length. For example: a bridge of 140 m, with 1.5 m reserved at each end of the corrugated pipe, plus the distance of the bend in the middle of the corrugated pipe (estimated at 2 m), giving a total of: 140 + 1.5 + 2 = 143.5 m. Therefore, enter 143.5 in the "Set Length" parameter.
2. Set the system to the "Auto" state, use the joystick to manually position the strand at the cutting point, then press the "Zero" button — this cutting point of the strand becomes the zero point. After setting the zero point, press the "Auto Start/Stop" button, and the system will automatically run according to the length set in the parameter table and stop upon reaching it. After stopping, measure (required only for the first time) whether the length of the strand protruding from the other end of the corrugated pipe meets the requirement. If the protruding strand is too long or too short, use the joystick on the electrical cabinet for inching forward/backward to adjust to the required length.
3.After adjusting to the proper length, observe the "Current Length" parameter value, and enter that "Current Length" value into the "Set Length" parameter. In this way, the length for the first strand on first use is set.
4.After setting the length, press the "Zero" button to reset the "Current Length" value to zero. Press the "Auto Start/Stop" button, and the system begins threading the second strand from zero, stopping automatically when the set length is reached; then cut, "Zero" again, and "Auto Start/Stop" again, and repeat this operation.
Special Note:When using the system in Auto mode, after finishing one strand and before threading the next strand, you must first press the "Zero" button and then the "Auto Start/Stop" button; otherwise the system will malfunction.
5. Manual operation: switch "Auto/Manual" to Manual. The system is then controlled by the "Forward / Stop / Reverse" knob, and the inverter frequency is controlled by the "Manual Speed" knob.
In an emergency, press the "Emergency Stop" button.
