Jack for steel bars

This specialized jack for prestressed steel bars is primarily designed for the tensioning of threaded anchorages used with prestressed steel bars; it is also suitable for tensioning high-strength threaded steel bars. Equipped with an integrated mechanism for the automatic tightening of anchor nuts, the jack is highly versatile and not easily constrained by limited space. It is characterized by its lightweight, compact design, ease of operation, and suitability for construction site environments. This tool serves as an effective alternative to the conventional method—commonly used in China—of employing a standard center-hole jack paired with a separate support base. It overcomes the significant drawbacks of the traditional setup, such as its bulky, heavy structure and the difficulty of tightening the locking nut after the tensioning process due to spatial limitations.
