Intelligent Grouting Machine (Type B)

The intelligent grouting system is a dedicated system designed for bridge construction. It divides grouting into two independent processes: batching and grouting. The batching process automatically controls the start and stop of each motor based on the mass values collected from the weighing sensors, achieving true intelligence and automation. The grouting process intelligently judges grouting and pressure-holding by acquiring the inlet/outlet pressures.

Combined with the grouting trolley, this system realizes an integrated workflow of automatic feeding, automatic metering, high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing for storage, slurry pumping (optional), vacuum suction (optional), and automatic data recording. It is applied to prestressed construction in railway and highway bridge projects, as well as to production in some chemical enterprises.
