The intelligent grouting equipment is a dedicated grouting device for highway and railway beam fabrication yards. The complete machine complies with the new highway bridge regulations and the railway standard TB/T 3192-2008 *Technical Conditions for Pipeline Grouting of Post-Tensioned Prestressed Concrete Beams*. The intelligent grouting equipment mainly consists of two parts: the intelligent automatic batching & mixing unit and the intelligent grouting machine. Its main technical parameters are as follows:
1. Automatic Batching & Mixing Unit of the Intelligent Grouting Equipment
Automatic feeding, automatic metering, automatic pressure holding, and LCD display. The mixing speed is 1440 r/min, the paddle linear velocity is 15 m/s, and the weighing accuracy reaches within 0.4%, better than the required 1%. It can record each batching/mixing dataset and retrieve historical mixing data at any time, with the counting unit accurate to two decimal places.
Its working procedure can be preset by the user. The default working procedure set at the factory is: first auto-feed 100% water, then the high-speed mixing barrel runs automatically and sequentially adds the grouting agent and cement, followed by continued mixing for 2 minutes before discharging into the storage barrel (equipped with a mixing function) for standby use. In addition to the above automatic functions, the equipment is also provided with a manual mode, allowing all of the above working procedures or any single procedure to be completed manually. The maximum mixing capacity is 350 kg, sufficient to supply various types of grouting machines.
2. Grouting Machine Unit of the Intelligent Grouting Equipment
It operates in a continuous mode with stable, fluctuation-free pressure and bubble-free pumped grout. The theoretical working capacity is 3 m³/h, and it features two pressure-holding functions — electric auto-control and manual (pressure-holding tank) — with an adjustable pressure-holding range, a stable pressure gauge indication, and a non-jumping pointer. The pressure gauge's full scale is 2.5 MPa with a minimum division value of less than 0.1 MPa, and the actual pressure during grouting falls right within 25%–75% of the gauge range. The pressure sensor's full scale is 5 MPa with a minimum division value of 0.01 MPa, giving more precise measurement.
