Intelligent Tensioning Machine (Type B)

The Intelligent Tensioning Control System is used for the automatic control of bridge prestressed tensioning. Adopting a highly integrated controller, it controls the synchronous tensioning of two or four cylinders via solenoid valves. The system is simple to operate — the entire tensioning process is completed with one-touch operation — and offers high control precision, effectively improving the quality of prestressed construction.

A single Intelligent Tensioning host or slave unit can control up to two jacks. For dual-strand, four-cylinder tensioning, only one host and one slave unit are required, reducing cost and offering ease of use. Built on a refined mathematical model, the system controls tensioning through an advanced control algorithm, delivering accurate tensioning force and precise synchronization between jacks.

The core controller adopts an integrated controller purpose-designed for bridge tensioning, featuring high reliability and easy maintenance. With a color LCD display and dedicated physical-key control, this controller is more practical and far simpler and clearer to operate compared with control methods using laptops, touch screens, etc.
