The main pump and auxiliary pumps use a wireless connection with a distance not exceeding 200 m. The auxiliary pumps transmit displacement and pressure signals to the main pump. After processing the signals, the main pump sends control signals to the auxiliary pumps to control oil supply, stopping, and oil return of the jacks. During tensioning construction, the main pump wirelessly transmits on-site tensioning parameters to the field monitoring computer, which then uploads the tensioning data to the dedicated query website established by our company, or to a self-built website, where the tensioning parameters can be queried and downloaded by entering the corresponding tensioning equipment number and tensioning date. Alternatively, the field monitoring computer can transmit the data directly to the owner's/supervisor's side. Meanwhile, the main pump's control module can store approximately 150 sets of tensioning parameters, preventing loss of tensioning parameters due to transmission issues.
