I. Main Configuration
I. Versatile Control Modules
Equipped with "one-to-one" and "one-to-two" control modules, allowing flexible selection of the control mode according to actual needs to suit different construction scenarios.
2. Monitoring and Display Devices
The on-site monitoring computer uses a laptop for convenient field operation and data monitoring. The main pump is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, and the auxiliary pumps with text displays, making operation and data viewing more intuitive and convenient.
3. High-Precision Sensors
The displacement sensor has a precision of 0.25 mm and the pressure sensor 0.25 MPa, enabling accurate measurement and feedback of displacement and pressure data during construction to ensure operational accuracy.
4. Ultra-High-Pressure Control Valve
Equipped with 60 MPa ultra-high-pressure hydraulic control valves, suitable for tensioning operations that require high-pressure conditions.
5. Optional Pump Power
The oil pump power is available in two options, 3 kW and 4 kW, selectable per the specific project requirements — capable of meeting both small-scale works (low power demand) and large-scale works (high power demand).
II. Performance and Precision
1. High Tensioning Control Precision
Tensioning control precision ≤ 1%, enabling accurate control of the force value throughout tensioning to guarantee prestressed construction quality and reduce structural safety hazards caused by insufficient tensioning accuracy.
2. High Tensioning Synchronization Precision
Tensioning synchronization precision < 5%; in multi-jack synchronous tensioning operations, it ensures a high degree of synchronization among all jacks, avoiding uneven structural loading due to desynchronization.
III. Data Transmission and Storage
1. Wireless Data Transmission
The main pump and auxiliary pumps are connected wirelessly, with a maximum distance of 200 m, facilitating on-site equipment layout and reducing the inconvenience of cabling. The auxiliary pumps transmit displacement and pressure signals to the main pump, while the main pump sends control signals back to the auxiliary pumps, achieving efficient data interaction.
2. Data Upload and Query
The main pump can wirelessly transmit on-site tensioning parameters to the field monitoring computer; the monitoring computer can then upload the parameters to a dedicated query website built by our company or to the user's own website. By entering the corresponding tensioning equipment number and tensioning date, users can query and download the tensioning parameters. In addition, the field monitoring computer can also directly transfer tensioning data to the owner's/supervisor's side.
3. Data Storage
The main pump control module can store approximately 150 sets of tensioning parameters, preventing loss of parameters due to transmission issues and ensuring the integrity and traceability of construction data.
